Day 1- June 02, 2025: Depart North America for Copenhagen, Denmark

Day 2: June 03, 2025: Copenhagen, Denmark

Arrive Copenhagen and transfer to the Star Pride. This historic city of palaces, canals, and copper spires casts a sense of enchantment upon all who walk its cobbled streets. Little wonder that Copenhagen’s favorite son, Hans Christian Andersen, was inspired to write some of the world’s most beloved fairy tales here. [IFM/L/D onboard Star Pride]

Day 03: June 04, 2025:  Aalborg, Denmark
Arrive at 8am till 4pm. Aalborg is found in the Jutland region of Denmark on the shores of Limfjord. This university city is full of Viking history, 21st century architecture and a quaint medieval center. This is a small port that only allows one cruise ship at a time. Visit Skanse Park with its stunning view of the city and the fjord. Grab a drink at Jomfru Ane Gade, a charming street packed with locals frequenting the bars and restaurants there. Day 04: June 05, 2025:  Arendal, Norway

Day 05: June 06, 2025:  Stavanger, Norway
Arrive at 8am till 1pm. Here’s a day for exploration. Your ship will dock in the very city center near the oldest part of town. A short stroll will take you to Stavanger Cathedral, the best preserved medieval cathedral in Norway, the city center and cobblestone pedestrian streets. Just an hour’s boat trip away is the 2,000-foot-high Pulpit Rock with its magnificent views of the lovely Lysefjord. [B/L/D onboard Star Pride]

Day 06: June 07, 2025:  Flan, Norway
Arrive 10am till 3:30pm. A tiny town of only 500 residents, yet people have been traveling here from all over since the end of the 19th century. You’ll understand why when you arrive. Take one of the world’s most breathtaking railroad journeys up the mountain to gasp at the fjord below. [B/L/D onboard Star Pride]

Day 07: June 08, 2025:  Olden, Norway
Arrive at 12:00pm till 6pm. The pleasant small village of Olden is located at the inner end of the 66-mile long Nordfjord, the sixth longest fjord in Norway.   Long known for tourism and industry, it is now also famous for contemporary design.  With fewer than 500 inhabitants Olden is an ideal destination for people who enjoy spending time in the great outdoors, and is the gateway to Jostedal, the largest glacier on the European mainland. If you can, find a bottle of Olden Mineral Water, as close as you will get to a glacier on tap. [B/L/D onboard Star Pride]

Day 09: June 10, 2025:  Bergen, Norway
Arrive at 1pm with an overnight stay. Colorful Bryggen, Bergen’s Hanseatic quay and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is so delightful you may find it difficult to explore further. But do. Watch the Huldras (forest nymphs) dance at Kjosfossen Waterfall, wander the narrow smau between the old buildings climbing the hillside. [B/L/D onboard Star Pride]

Day 10- June 11, 2025: Bergen, Norway to Dublin, Ireland
Flight from Bergen, Norway to Dublin, Ireland. Meet your Coach and Driver-Guide at airport and transfer to hotel located on O'Connell Street, Dublin. Dinner and overnight in Dublin for two nights. [B/D]

Day 11- June 12, 2025: Dublin, Ireland
Breakfast at hotel. Meet with a Local Step-On Guide for a panoramic sightseeing tour of Dublin, including O’Connell Street, Phoenix Park, Leinster House. Visit - Trinity College Library, one of the world’s great research libraries, holding the largest collection of manuscripts and printed books in Ireland. Experience an Irish “must-do” - a visit and tasting at the Guinness Storehouse. The tour takes you step by step through the brewing process, finishing at the Gravity Bar where you will receive a complimentary pint of Guinness whilst enjoying the panoramic views over Dublin city. This evening enjoy the The Merry Ploughboy, widely regarded as the best traditional music show in Dublin. A highly entertaining performance of live traditional Irish Music, song and Irish dancing, all while enjoying the very best of fresh Irish food. Overnight in Dublin. [B/D]

Day 12- June 13, 2025: Dublin - Tipperary - Cork, Ireland
Breakfast at hotel. Travel to Cork. Visit to a Dairy Farm. The farm comprises 282 acres of both owned and leased land that supports grazing for 400 Cows. The farm have a largely grass based farming operation using New Zealand principles. Visit to a Sheep Farm which dates back from 1798. The farm is 300 acres in size comprising two blocks of land with 700 ewes and 180 ewe lamb replacements. Dinner and overnight at Blarney Castle Hotel, Blarney, for a two night stay. [B/D]

Day 13- June 14, 2025: Cork, Ireland
After breakfast at hotel, visit to Tim O'Leary Dairy Farm. This farmer is the former Vice-President of the Irish Farmers Association and consists of 128 Hectares: 120ha grass, 8ha woods and roadways. Visit - Blarney Castle. The Castle was built in 1446 as a defensive fortress. The castle which stands today is in fact the keep of a much larger fortress. All visitors should kiss the famous Blarney Stone, high up on the Castle battlements. Tradition holds that those who kiss the Blarney Stone will be endowed with the gift of eloquence - “the gift of the gab” as the locals call it. After the Castle, you can visit the Blarney Woolen Mills Store. Free time in Blarney or Cork city. Dinner and overnight near Blarney Castle. [B/L/D]

Day 14- June 15, 2025: Cork - Ring of Kerry - Killarney, Ireland
Today will consist of a full day tour of the Ring of Kerry via Killorglin, Glenbeigh, Cahersiveen, Waterville & the Coomakesta Pass. Travel on via Sneem, Moll’s Gap, Ladies View, Killarney National Park and along the Lakes of Killarney. Take in the magnificent views of this full day adventure! After lunch, enjoy a Irish Sheepdog demonstration at Kissane Sheep Farm. Dinner and overnight in Killarney. [B/L/D]

Day 15- June 16, 2025: Killarney, - Galway, Ireland
Depart for Galway, visit to Bunratty Castle & Folk Park, the first castle was built by a Norman, Thomas de Clare in the 13th century. Afternoon visit to the famous Cliffs of Moher, one of Ireland’s favorite visitor experiences. Walk the safe, paved pathways and view the incredible Cliffs that sit on Europe’s most westerly tip and enjoy the spectacular vistas over the Atlantic Ocean and the Aran Islands. Travel through the Burren, famous for its lunar-like limestone landscape and its unique flora. About 20 species of Orchids grow wild here! Dinner and overnight in Galway. [B/D]

Day 16- June 17, 2025: Galway - Donegal - Derry, Northern Ireland
Departing Galway, enjoy a family run potato farm. Their potatoes are stored, packaged, weighed and graded on-farm, and sold to local supermarkets. This farm also features cattle and sheep herds. After lunch enjoy a visit to Drumbuoy Farm, which is a commercial tillage Farm enterprise established in 1954. The farmer owns a fleet of modern machinery and uses GPS technology – section control, auto steer and vehicle tracking. Most of the grain is sold directly to local beef and pig farmers and a small quantity through local merchants. Dinner and overnight in Derry. [B/L/D]

Day 17- June 18, 2025: Derry - Antrim - Belfast, Northern Ireland
A morning Guided Walk of Derry which is the only remaining completely walled city in Ireland. The walls were built during the period 1613-1618 as defenses for early 17th-century settlers from England and Scotland. Leaving Derry behind, enjoy a tour and whiskey tasting at Old Bushmills Distillery, formed in 1784. After lunch, depart for the Giants Causeway, renowned for its hexagonal columns of layered basalt and known as the only World Heritage site in Northern Ireland. Continuing towards Belfast, visit a Beef farm, home to pedigree Belgian Blue & Hereford herds. This farmer has a cattle semen agency with over 300 clients across Northern Ireland. Dinner and overnight in Belfast City, for three nights. [B/L/D]

Day 18- June 19, 2025: Belfast, Northern, Ireland
Enjoy a morning guided Black Taxi Tour Belfast. This is no ordinary taxi tour, it is a tour of the sites and areas where the troubles in Belfast were concentrated. Your taxi driver will bring you to the areas your coach can’t go, the small streets, the peace wall and the estates, giving you his unique perspective on these troubled times. Afternoon visit to the Titanic Experience Belfast which extends over nine galleries, with multiple dimensions to the exhibition, drawing together special effects, dark rides, full-scale reconstructions and innovative interactive features to explore the Titanic story in a fresh and insightful way. Day 19- June 20, 2025: Belfast
A morning tour of the city of Armagh, It is a site of historical importance for both Celtic paganism and Christianity. Continue to the Irish Linen Centre & Lisburn Museum. Learn about how the linen industry started in Ireland, and how important it was for Ireland’s early economy. After lunch, Continue to an apple farm, which grows over 80 hectares of Bramley Apples. Dinner and overnight in Belfast City. [B/L/D]

Day 20- June 21, 2025: Dublin / End of Tour
Breakfast at hotel. Transfer to Dublin Airport for your return flight to North America. [B/IFM]
