Day 01 - 03: Jan 06, 07 & 08, 2026:  NAPIER/HASTINGS REGIONS, NZ
Tour Napier & Hawks Bay region including a winery lunch & tasting. View farms such as fruit farms, dairy farms etc. [Breakfast Daily/Lunch & Dinner]

Day 04 & 05: Jan 09 & 10, 2026:  NAPIER ~ ROTORUA, NZ
Lake Taupo is in the caldera of the Taupo Volcano and is the largest lake by surface area in New Zealand. Rotorua for two-night stay.  Maori Hangi Feast and Concert with a visit to an authentic Maori Village for a guided tour with one of the elders.  Visit the “Agrodome”, for a show of sheep and sheep dog demonstration and farm wagon tour to see kiwi fruit on the vine.  [Breakfast daily & Dinner]

Day 06 & 07: Jan 11 & 12, 2026– ROTORUA ~ AUCKLAND, NZ
Visit “Waitomo Glow Worm Caves”.  Arrive Auckland, known as the “City of Sails”, for a two-night stay.  Visit to the “Kelly Tarlton Underwater World” with its live penguin and killer sharks display. Drive to Davenport, across the bay from the city of Auckland.  Afternoon and evening free to explore Auckland on your own [Breakfast daily & lunch]

Day 08 - 09:  Jan 13 & 14, 2026: – AUCKLAND ~ QUEENSTOWN, NZ
Included flight from Auckland to Queenstown located on the South Island, for a two-night stay. Evening relaxing cruise on the historic coal-fired steamer, the “SS Earnslaw”, crossing to the “Walter Peak Sheep Station” for dinner and a sheep dog demonstration. Visit the wine & fruit region in Cromwell.  A stop will be made at the home of the original Bungee Jumping site. Visit Arrowtown, made famous by the ‘gold rush’ in this region.  [B/D daily]

Day 10 & 11: Jan 15 & 16, 2026: QUEENSTOWN ~ MILFORD SOUND ~ TE ANAU ~ DUNEDIN, NZ
The journey today will follow along the shoreline of Lake Wakatipu and past sheep and deer farms on the way to Te Anau. Enter Fjordland's National Park, crossing over mountain passes and through scenic valleys enroute to Milford Sound.  Enjoy a luncheon cruise in this breath-taking fjord, watch for numerous fur seals sunning themselves on the rocks and also view numerous waterfalls.  Traveling to the Gore region and visit a local farm including cattle, located in the rolling countryside. Continue into the Scottish city of Dunedin, known as the Edinburgh of New Zealand.  Visit to “Baldwin Street”, the world's steepest residential street with an opportunity to climb up the street if you so wish.    [B/L/D daily]

Day 12 & 13: Jan 17 & 18, 2026: DUNEDIN ~ MT COOK REGION ~ ASHBURTON, NZ
The next few days will include visits to "Moeraki Boulders", mysteriously spherical stones scattered across a beach, Waitaki River Valley past the hydro lakes and irrigation schemes that have transformed the lower country from dryland to dairying. View a salmon farm in the hydro canal.  View the stunning aqua blue hydro lakes of Pukaki and Tekapo, the source of the majority of New Zealand’s electricity. Continue onto the Geraldine area with a farm visit.  Visit a rural store known for some of the most extensive range of quality New Zealand-made merino woolen products for sale.  Visit to a local machinery dealership.  Arrive Ashburton for a two-night stay, located on the Canterbury Plains, a major area utilizing irrigation farming and the bread bowl region of New Zealand.  [B/L/D daily]

Day 14: Jan 19, 2026: ASHBURTON/CANTERBURY PLAINS, NZ
Visit multiple farms on the Canterbury Plains including a dairy operation, arable farms, cattle, all located on the largest area of flat land in New Zealand, with approximately 500,000ha of irrigated land. Irrigation makes varied land-use possible.  Depending on conditions, perhaps a chance to see arable crops being harvested.   [B/D daily]

Day 15: Jan 20, 2026: ASHBURSTON ~ CHRISTCHURCH, NZ / END OF TOUR
Travel to Christchurch with a tour of this beautiful city and a stroll through the Botanic Gardens. Transfer to the Christchurch Airport for flight after 3:00pm. End of Tour [B]
