DAY 01 – Monday: June 30, 2025 - Calgary (D)
Your adventure begins as you arrive Calgary. Welcome dinner this evening hosted by Select Holidays.
Overnight: Calgary
Day 2: Tuesday, July 01, 2025 – Lethbridge (B,L,D)
Driving through the rolling Alberta foothills, take in a visit to a functioning grain elevator – situated along the Canadian National Railway. Continuing south to Lethbridge, view the longest railway bridge in Canada. Visit to the vegetable greenhouse. Overnight in Lethbridge.
Day 3: Wednesday, July 02, 2025 – Strathmore (B,L,D)
A morning visit to a potato, sugar beet and bean farm. Continue to an spearmint farm & processing facility – where mint for toothpaste and essential oils is grown and processed. Travel east through the Alberta Prairies for a dinner and overnight in Strathmore
Day 4: Thursday, July 03, 2025 – Drumheller – Lacombe (B,D)
View the amazing sights of Horseshoe Canyon. A shopping stop to Irvines – Canada’s largest western wear store. An afternoon visit to a large cattle feedlot operation. Continue to large mixed cereal farm which produce barley, canola, peas & wheat, for a visit & dinner. Overnight in Lacombe for a two night stay.
Day 5: Friday, July 04, 2025 – Lacombe (B,L,D)
Visit a large farm equipment dealership, for an immersive tour. Visit and lunch at a Bison & Honey Farm. Enjoy a visit to a local dairy farm, with fresh made ice cream to enjoy! Dinner featuring freshly grown and raised ingredients.
Day 6: Saturday, July 05, 2025 – Banff & Jasper National Park (B,L,D)
A stop for coffee before continuing west through the Rocky Mountains, passing Abraham Lake, Canada’s largest man-made lake. Arriving to Jasper National Park, board a SnoCoach for a thrilling trek to Athabasca Glacier. Overnight in the Canadian Rockies.
Day 7: Sunday, July 06, 2025 – Banff National Park - Canmore (B,D)
Load coach with luggage and depart south for Peyto Lake for photo ops at Peyto Lake Overlook. (access to this outlook requires a steep walk on a paved pathway). View Crowfoot Glacier, overlooking Bow Lake for photo ops. Depart for Lake Louise. Stop at the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise bus parking area with time for photos. Arrive to Banff Avenue. Enjoy lunch on own and shopping time before the Sulphur Mountain Banff Gondola ride. Enjoy the views and take in the newly renovated Sulphur Mountain Observation Centre. Dinner and overnight in Canmore.
Day 8: Monday, July 07, 2025 - Calgary Stampede (B)
Enjoy a full day at the Calgary Stampede with reserved seating for the Chuckwagon Races and Grandstand Show and Fireworks this evening. Overnight in Calgary for two nights.
This will be a late evening.
Day 9: Tuesday, July 08, 2025 – Calgary Stampede (B,D)
A late morning departure travel back to Stampede Park with time to explore the different exhibits and to take in the afternoon Rodeo – reserved seating included. An “Alberta Beef” focused dinner this evening, before another overnight stay in Calgary.
Day 10: Wednesday, July 09, 2025 – Calgary – Victoria, BC (B,L)
A morning flight to Victoria, the capital city of British Columbia. Visit and high tea at Butchart Gardens, a 120-year-old world famous 55-acre display garden. The evening is free to explore downtown Victoria. Overnight in Victoria.
Day 11: Thursday, July 10, 2025 – Victoria– Vancouver/Richmond, BC (B,L,D)
A morning visit to the BC Forestry Discovery Centre. View the beautiful Chemainus Murals Project, displaying over 44 different historical series. Continue along the coastline for Duke’s Point in Nanaimo, to board the BC Ferry to travel to the mainland. Enjoy a cruise of the Georgia Strait, taking in the sights and sounds of the local wildlife and scenery. Dinner and overnight in Vancouver region.
Day 12: Friday, July 11, 2025 – Vancouver, BC (B,D)
A morning visit to Capilano Suspension Park – the breathtaking and thrilling forest experience. Transfer to Granville Island to take in the infamous “Granville Island Market”. Free time this afternoon to explore Vancouver. Dinner in Vancouver.
Day 13: Saturday, July 12, 2025: Vancouver - Home
Depending on flight times, visit to Steveston Fishing Village – a quaint fishing village close to Vancouver. Enjoy time to explore on own, before transferring to the Vancouver International Airport.
